Engine disassemble and assemble education!! Yeah!! This is what I want!!

From yesterday to tomorrow (3 days) I'm having an education above. What I do is just to disassemble and assemble the engine. I'm working on an SR20DE engine which is not manufactured anymore but used to be install on, let me see, Infiniti G20, Sentra SE, Primera, Almera GTi, 200SX SE-R, etc. Oh, and Silvia I like!!

The engine is quite old and seems to be kind of an early lot. Flat piston, oil pressured locker arm, no valve timming controls, etc.

Taking off all the assemblies is kind of cool!! I could know much better about engines!! We do disassemble and assemble twice to be accustom with them. It's not bad. Better than clicking the mouse to generate engines inside computers!! :P

Last day tomorrow for working on it. Second time to assemble the engine. How much time will it cost??

And becareful SR20DE engine owners!! Your car might be disassembled if you wake up in the morning!! kekeke

fu~~~. from this week, i am allowed to work overtime.

monday morning, manager of our group called me in front of director of our division. what the hell is going on??? am i fired because i talk too much in a loud voice??? :P

director told me to translate his power-point file in english... oh no... why the hell my colleage who spent most of his life in US wasn't here this week...

i spent my afternoon and night time doing that work under a big big pressure since the presentation will be held in front of our CEO!! jesus!! my stomach...

who cares. our director is very nice man as he cheered me up that it took a pretty much time and ended not in a perfect shape. someone else gonna make it perfect. i want to study much more english... ha~

well, well. i still have to study much more about the subjects i'm working on, but unfortunately, i'm going to atsugi again for education for two weeks.

why don't we have a refresh, ah? too fast?? :)

2 weeks had passed since i was assigned. my main work is to simulate combustion and flow inside the engine by using computer... hahaha!! what an irony!!! i'm doing simulations again??? i was eager to do some kind of experiment... :( well, may be i'm the right man in a right place. i have a little knowledge about Computational Fluid Dynamics but not about engines. in contrast, members in the group rather knows much about engines than CFDs. what differs very much and what makes my dilemma relieve is that i mainly think about the problem that comes out from the simulations. not to program the codes.

well, people are very very nice and more over, it's fun!!! i like this circumstances very much!! i even can sleep in a little than commuting to Atsugi. being a "shakai-jin" is not so bad!!

so, i've started my life as an engineer. our team still have much much things to develope to be in some kind of project and i even have tons of things to study!!!! ha~... big problem... hehehe

another new days have arrived!! training term has finished and now i'm assign to the powertrain engineering division. it's near yokohama and a bit near from home. but unfortunately, we have to walk about 20 mins from the nearest station under the increadibly bad circumstance. poluted air, poluted sea, poluted me!!!

while the training term, i get along with the group of research division where they are located a bit far from my division. i really miss them :( it was sooo fun to be with them...

well, what i have to do right now is to work as an engineer ASAP.
